Need to Return a product?

To return a product at The Organized Horse, Inc., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at info@TheOrganizedHorse.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item description
- Nature of the problem

In general, The Organized Horse, Inc. accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, The Organized Horse, Inc. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

·         FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

·         A FULL CASH REFUND

·         ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.  The Organized Horse, Inc may pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at The Organized Horse, Inc. discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
