Organization Tips

     

 The Organized Horse Policies

 Payment Options 

  • Web Site Sales Buy-it-now:  through Pay Pal or we can send you a Pay Pal Invoice for products not on the web site.
  • Call to use your Credit/debit cards (MC / Visa) via phone (email Sherry@TheOrganizedHorse.com to set up a time.)
  • Checks are accepted, but will be deposited and cleared prior to shipping.

  Custom Orders

 

  • We accept and encourage custom orders.  Price based on request.
  • Full payment is expected at time of order.  If final price cannot be determined, a deposit will be requested.
  • Work will not be started on your product or a delivery date provided, until all pieces of your project (example: if you are providing personal photos) are provided.
  • If we have not heard from you within one year of placing your order, the order will be considered forfeit.  Money paid will not be refunded.  We will attempt to contact you twice.

 Returns Exchanges

 

  • All sales are considered final.
  • Returns and Exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, based on circumstances.  The final decision belongs to The Organized Horse.

  Product Usage  

 

  • Product Testing is conducted on products as much as possible.  However, we cannot anticipate all usage of our products.  Exposure to extreme temperatures swings is not recommended nor is extended use in the rain or hot sun.
  • If you have a question about a particular use, please ask us.
  • Our products are top-coated with indoor or outdoor Verathane finishes.

Delivery and Shipping Options

 

  • Delivery at a future horse show (check our calendar for the show schedule) is a great way to save on shipping costs.  Inquire.
  • We have delivery points in Snohomish, Bellevue and Kent , WA .  Inquire.
  • The Stirrup Cup mobile Tack Shop travels to Hunter / Jumper shows in Washington , Oregon and California .  They can deliver products.  A $20 fee is charged for this service and we ask that you are prompt in picking up your delivery.
  • We will also be at the Arab show in Scottsdale , February 16-26, 2012 and can deliver at that show.
  • We have priced shipping for some of our products.  Please ask.
  • If you wish to you have your product packed and shipped, we offer two options:
    • Collect a fee higher than anticipated for shipping and packing.  Once actual cost is calculated, a refund will be given, if applicable.
    • We can contact you when we take your product to UPS and you will provide your credit card number directly to UPS.  A $5 fee, paid to The Organized Horse, will be charged for this service.
